We carry out demolition and site clearance work for residential projects across Rugby and Warwickshire. From removing existing structures to clearing spoil, we prepare sites carefully so the next stage of building can begin without delay.
Every successful build starts with proper preparation. Poorly handled demolition or clearance can cause delays, safety issues and unnecessary costs later in the project.
We approach demolition in a controlled and organised way, ensuring structures are removed safely and surrounding areas are protected. Once demolition is complete, we clear the site thoroughly so it is ready for groundwork or construction to begin.
We regularly carry out site clearance work across Rugby, Hillmorton, Long Lawford, Cawston, Dunchurch and the wider Warwickshire area.
Because we are builders as well as demolition contractors, we understand what the next phase of work requires. This allows us to prepare sites accurately, with ground levels, access and layout considered from the outset.
We have the plant and equipment needed to remove garages, outbuildings and other structures efficiently, along with the removal of spoil and waste. Responsibility stays clear, and the handover to the build stage is smooth.

They introduced us to electricians, heating engineer, plasterer and from there to kitchen fitter. Had they not done this we would have waited months for these services. They are extremely busy but didn’t hesitate to give us help when we asked for it. Wouldn’t hesitate to give the five stars
